Suzette Lane, a Franklin, Tennessee native with over 28 years in the catering industry, is renowned as one of the most respected event specialists in Middle Tennessee. Her expertise spans from intimate gatherings to grand celebrations, with a flair for creating memorable experiences through her artistic eye for display, decor, cuisine, and exceptional customer service.
Joining forces with Suzette is Chef JJ Aguilera, a Los Angeles native who has brought his innovative culinary approach to Middle Tennessee for the past 20 years. Chef JJ is celebrated for his artistic and boundary-pushing techniques, mastering international cuisine with a seasonally driven menu that features fresh, local ingredients. His passion lies in delivering dishes that exceed expectations and bring joy to every event.
Together, Suzette and Chef JJ combine their talents to offer a diverse range of events, from elegant plated meals to grand buffets, with a commitment to excellence and a unique touch.

Originally from Fairfield, New Jersey, Lynn brings over 30 years of expertise in hospitality and event planning to Catering & Events by Suzette. As the owner of three beloved Italian restaurants and a deli in Jersey, she mastered the art of menu planning and creating warm, unforgettable dining experiences.
In 2017, Lynn relocated to Nashville to serve as the Hospitality Coordinator at Nissan Headquarters, where she managed executive meal planning, plated dinners, and large-scale events. She later became the Director of Events at the Musicians Hall of Fame & Museum, overseeing prestigious events such as the CMT Awards, St. Jude Marathon Expo, the James Beard Award Breakfast, and the Musicians Hall of Fame Induction Shows. She also curated the museum’s preferred vendor and catering lists—where Suzette consistently ranked at the top.
Now as Director of Sales & Marketing, Lynn brings her wealth of experience and passion to Suzette, ensuring every event is seamless, memorable, and infused with hospitality that makes guests feel truly cared for.
